EBS-6600<\/h1>\n

Boltmark II<\/h3>\n

Our EBS-6600 is the first model from the brand new Boltmark II-series. It\u2019s an industrial single-head Ink-Jet printer designed for coding moving objects on a factory conveyor without requiring direct contact. It\u2019s able to code from 0.8 mm up to a maximum of 14 mm height with a max. amount of up to 25 dots [depending on text profile].<\/p>\n

Anti-Clogging (ACPS)<\/h3>\n

As the first one on the market, with our new \u201cACPS\u201d we are capable to deal with a power failure in a new way. Up to 30 seconds the coder can print on after electricity is gone. If the power does not come back soon enough, the printer will clean itself and automatically shut down. This feature is available as an option.<\/p>\n

Degree of protection - IP55 as standard<\/h3>\n

IP55 \u2013 Protection of the housing against the ingress of water and dust allows to ensure the reliability of the coder for a long time. The printer\u2019s keyboard and screen and all ports are resistant to chemicals and water jets from any direction.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

ACPS - Anti Clogging Power Supply<\/h4>

World first: For the first time in a continuous ink jet printer, an intelligent system ensures reliable printer operation in the event of a power failure. If the power supply is interrupted for less than 30 seconds, the printer continues to operate. If power is interrupted for more than 30 seconds, the printer starts the automatic shutdown process, including flushing, to protect the lines from dried ink deposits. Once power is restored, the printer is quickly ready to operate again. The ACPS contains very long-life Super Charger capacitors, not conventional rechargeable batteries. Recharging takes only about 2 minutes. The ACPS is available as an option (for EBS-6600 and EBS-6900 only).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Easy Maintenance<\/h4>

The EBS BOLTMARK II series is equipped with an integrated ink system that can be changed in 3 simple steps in less than a minute: Open flap, remove used iModule\u00ae, insert new iModule\u00ae - done! No technician and no tools required. Likewise, the quick change of ink and solvent bottles works the same way. No interruption of the printing process, no unscrewing of the bottle cap and no dirty fingers: remove the used bottle, insert the new one - click!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Protection Class IP55 and IP65<\/h4>

The high protection class of the housing against water and dust penetration guarantees high reliability of the printer over a long period of time. Keyboard, display and connectors are protected against chemicals and splashing water from all directions. All electronic and mechanical parts are protected from external influences by special mechanisms. For special requirements, protection class IP65 can also be upgraded as an option.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

High Efficiency<\/h4>
